Voice Dialogue Level I/IIOctober 6 - 12, 2008 Voice Dialogue is a sophisticated facilitation technique that lets you move toward that light touch of being where you discover and embrace all parts of yourself, while loosening any rigid identification with any single part. Voice Dialogue emerged from Jungian and Humanistic psychology and has a resonance with meditation practice. It is focused on the dance of relationships - inner and outer. Voice Dialogue emerged from Jungian and Humanistic psychology and has a resonance with meditation practice. It is focused on the dance of relationships - inner and outer. Voice Dialogue will lead you to recognize and separate from those parts of yourself you are highly identified with in life and embrace those you have disowned. Partnered exercises, Voice Dialogue facilitations, lectures, and dream work will increase non-judgmental awareness, allowing you to accept and hold inner paradox and complexity. Lots of opportunities for observation and practice will teach you how to act with acceptance, compassion, and choice. This program offers experiential, foundational training for professionals looking to advance and enrich their therapeutic, coaching or mentoring work. Integrative dance and movement sessions will extend our learning from mind to body. Our sessions will include teaching, group written and partnered exercises, observing and receiving Voice Dialogue facilitation sessions, dream work, movement sessions and group sharing/learning. In addition to J'aime teaching Voice Dialogue, Winky leading movement sessions, there will be a staff of very experienced Voice Dialogue facilitators, themselves teachers of Voice Dialogue, creating a very high level of staff to participants. Voice Dialogue is used internationally by coaches, couples, therapists, activists, managers, seekers and sages—people of every stripe and disposition—who want deeper, more honest relationships with themselves and their partners, clients, colleagues and friends. I invite you to join our circle. J’aime ona Pangaia brings 30 years of experience teaching Voice Dialogue and self-awareness practice. A skilled facilitator, she is the author of The Benefit of People Who Bug You: A Voice Dialogue Primer. She consults with organizations, spiritual centers and governments to alleviate negative judgments in the commons space. Bridging Eastern and Western psychology, she brings this powerful character work to Buddhist communities around the world. |
