VDCNW offers various lectures in the US and abroad on communication and dialogue and interpersonal psychology in the workplace. Lectures are given by J'aime ona Pangaia. VDCNW consults with the client for every lecture to tailor the presentation to the specific needs of the client. Often, demonstration sessions or group exercises are incorporated in a lecture. This is usually the case if there are references to the Voice Dialogue method. Demonstrations of Voice Dialogue, with or without a member of the audience, make it instantly clear how the method works. All lectures have an experiential, interactive component to them. The overall goal is to foster a consciousness process within the group. Some common themes that are typically explored are: Judgment in the Workspace, Who Leads?, Shadow Dynamics of Organizational Culture, and Power Dynamics and Emotional Safety.
