Voice Dialogue Center NW has put together a stellar staff, selecting some of the most senior teachers in the Voice Dialogue community. Our senior staff members are each veteran teachers of the work, offering Voice Dialogue experiential training programs in their corners of the world, and have all come together to provide you with their unique creative perspectives on applying Voice Dialogue!

J’aime ona Pangaia, Core Curriculum Teacher, from Portland, Oregon USA

Director of Voice Dialogue Center NW, creator of Voice Dialogue Camp, author of The Voice Dialogue Primer, J'aime began her Voice Dialogue teaching and private practice over 22 years ago. She's teaches Voice Dialogue internationally and is a consistent senior teacher for Drs. Hal & Sidra Stone's training programs in Albion, California.

Dorsey Cartwright, LPC, LMFT, Special Presenter, from Austin, Texas USA

Dorsey is a certified Imago Relationship Therapist, and author of The International Voice Dialogue Teacher's Training Manual, has worked with Drs. Hal and Sidra Stone since 1987. She also co-created the Healing Your Relationships through Voice Dialogue and Imago Relationship Therapy CD series. Dorsey’s current focus is exploring Voice Dialogue and Neuroscience.

Miriam Dyak, Special Presenter, from Seattle, Washington USA

Miriam, author of The Voice Dialogue Facilitator's Handbook, is a senior staff teacher for Hal and Sidra Stone at Thera, and co-founder of The Voice Dialogue Institute in Seattle. Miriam offers Voice Dialogue facilitation and Voice Dialogue Sandplay sessions for individuals and couples in her private practice in Seattle.

Senior Staff

Susan Filley, MA, LMFT, from Spokane, WA is a marriage and family therapist and has worked in the area of holistic health since 1982. Since 1992 she has trained extensively with Drs. Hal and Sidra Stone and is a member of their senior staff. Susan leads Voice Dialogue training groups, and uses it in her private practice.

Associate Staff

Karen Thomas, LCSW, LMFT, LCDC from Houston, TX is a clinical social worker and marriage and family therapist in private practice for 20 years. She has trained in Voice Dialogue with Drs. Hal and Sidra Stone and other senior VD teachers. She is also a certified Imago therapist and EMDR practitioner who explores using those modalities with Voice Dialogue.

Daryl Vansier has been practicing body-mind therapy since 1983, as a bodyworker, yoga and meditation teacher, and Voice Dialogue facilitator. Daryl has taught introductory trainings in Voice Dialogue at the Natural Health Consultants school in Montreal, Canada and at Heaven and Earth Institute in Montreal, which he founded in 1992.

Auxiliary Staff

Winky Wheeler, BFA, from Portland, OR sees inhabiting the body through dance as a powerful and transformative act on the path of self-discovery, personal change and passionate living. She is a long time Soul Motion teacher and visual artist who lives in Portland, Oregon.
