Cultivating the Aware Ego Process
Once you've learned the basics of Voice Dialogue facilitation and practiced it enough to feel familiar with the process, it's time to take the next step. Join me for an in depth exploration into the dynamics of facilitation in a supportive and attentive environment. While everyone will take turns being facilitated, our emphasis is on what's going on in the facilitator.
Our focus is on:
recognizing activities that induct and clarify selves,
recognizing transient bonding patterns within the facilitation,
learning how to create conditions that support awareness of and separating from selves and
how to identify and strengthen the Aware Ego Process.
As always, I'll be weaving in the concept of 'Principles of Nature and Psyche' as a ground for what any of these selves are striving to protect/fulfill.
This is a highly experiential intermediate/advanced facilitation training program for people who have already attended a basic Voice Dialogue training and have had previous experience having and offering Voice Dialogue facilitation. During this weekend, everyone will be facilitated, facilitate under supervision, and observe others working. There will also be frequent break out sessions to discuss issues that emerged for the facilitators.
