Be introduced to your archetypal inner selves though the Voice Dialogue model.
Discover first hand how judgments of others reveal your hidden fears, needs, beliefs and desires. These judgements reveal the specific parts of you, or ‘inner selves’, that you’ve come to identify as ‘who you are’ as well as the parts you’ve disowned. Whatever you disown, you must face, either in the world, or in your dreams and fantasies. This insight will serve the consciousness process and orient you to the next steps in the process of cultivating awareness and compassion.
Using the Voice Dialogue model, participate in exercises to directly experience some common inner selves such as the Inner Protector, Responsible, Free Spirit/Rebel and the Spiritual Self. Integrate these various aspects of yourself so that you can more effectively and joyously participate in relationships with others.
Bring a large notebook and an open mind!
